Image Delivery, Usage Rights & Copyright

All images delivered by TD Imaging Studios LLC are considered final, professionally edited works. RAW files and unedited images are not included and will not be provided, as they do not represent the Photographer’s final product or artistic standards.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes sharing on personal social media platforms, provided that proper credit is given to TD Imaging Studios LLC (e.g., “Photo by @tdimagingstudios”).

The Client agrees not to:

• Sell, license, or distribute the images for commercial use

• Edit, alter, or apply filters that change the original appearance of the images

• Remove metadata, watermarks, or identifying information (if applicable)

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of TD Imaging Studios LLC and are protected under applicable copyright laws. This agreement does not transfer copyright ownership to the Client.

TD Imaging Studios LLC retains the irrevocable right to use all images for portfolio display, marketing, advertising, social media, and other promotional purposes, unless the Client requests a written opt-out prior to the event and such request is agreed upon in writing.

Unauthorized use of the images, including commercial use without written consent, may result in legal action and/or additional licensing fees.
